"Great experience. Got an oil change at the Nebel St Meineke in Rockville via an open bay appointment in January of 2024. The job was done quickly and the appointment went smoothly. The associate behind the counter (Johnathan?) was especially helpful and courteous."

"Made an appointment online, showed up the next day early, the super friendly young man who attended me was terrific and welcoming. Went out for lunch as I was having my cooling system flushed and an oil change. Came back, started talking with the very nice engaging young folks there, who were not only friendly, but I quickly determined that both the check-in guy and the young mechanic that I was chatting with were very knowledgeable about cars! Good thing right! When I checked out, I got a nice military discount and my car was fine! Thank you!"

"I’m giving one star for nice employees and that’s it. They told me I would need a repair to my transmission that would cost a few thousand dollars after taking my car in for a routine maintenance check. Before paying all that money, I took my car to another mechanic and he told me there was nothing wrong with my transmission and definitely nothing that needed a repair worth thousands of dollars. I will not be returning to Meineke for any of my car needs."

"Unprofessional and poor communication to say the least. Scheduled an appointment at 8:00am at the Nebel St location. Door was locked, lights were off and nobody in sight despite the sign saying they open at 7:30am. Waited another 10 mins past my appointment time and had to make the decision to go somewhere else when it became clear nobody was showing up. Received an email that my appointment was confirmed for 8am the day prior but nobody was there to assist me when I arrived. Called the office multiple times while I waited outside and heard the phone continuously ring inside with no answer. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if the business isn't on time and has zero communication with their customers? It's been over an hour past my scheduled appointment and I still haven't received a call or email from Meineke. Recommend you consider another location or business to avoid the headache and inconvenience."

"Came in for an oil change, full synthetic, with tire rotation. Had a coupon. I asked how long and they said a hour. They were right on time, I was in and out in an hour. Very professional. Great price. Left me with a quote on brakes. No high pressure sales pitch. Overall as great an experience as I can imagine. Good job Meineke!"
