"You can't expect much out of a dead mall arcade- and you can't expect even that out of this one. Having tried it off and on for a couple of years now, I've never seen a machine be fixed, and now even the ticket dispensing games all list as OUT of tickets. That's not even a repair issue, that's just refilling! BUT take heart, customers! You'll be delighted to know that the owner has put in a NEW change machine! Which gives THREE tokens per dollar when many machines are set to 4 per play! Never mind that more than half the machines you try will keep your money. So with no staff to replace lost tokens, no one to maintain tickets, it's... Almost like losing your off-rate tokens from that shiny new dispenser is, dare we think it- purposeful? Gasp. So yeah, don't go here. Or just throw your money in the trash at home if you want the same experience! Did you know Dave & Buster's is half off on Wednesdays and like 10 or 15 minutes away?"
"An incongruous juxtaposition of niche Japanese games like Beatmania and Sound Voltex tucked away in a sea of Chuck E Cheese style games of chance in varying levels of disrepair. Staff is friendly enough, albeit seemingly thin spread operating a bounce house room and rental service in the next unit over. They will gladly refund tokens eaten by derelict machines, but after going next door to bug them 3 or 4 times in an afternoon, the idea of just walking away from the whole thing becomes increasingly appealing."
"It's not that big but provided a space to play games. There was no one there so when the machine wasn't properly we had no one to go to. We left and came back and finally got someone from the bounce place next door to assist. He was friendly and helpful."
"Been there a few times with my kids. Sometimes the games work and sometimes half the games are not working. Yes, you get tickets but most of the time, the place where you return your tickets is closed. It also is two stores over and yet I still return. I want the place to get better and I write these reviews in hopes somebody will improve it."
"Unattended by employees, this could be a pro or a con depending on what you're looking for but I enjoyed the privacy. There are two working dance machines and they play loud. The prizes are in a separate shop that was closed though, so be sure to play for the experience and not for the tickets."
