"I wasn’t sure what my experience was going to be after reading reviews, I was a little nerve and on guard. However my experience with sale consultant Claude was great. He was very knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. I was able to but my guard down and just enjoy the process. When I arrived he had the vehicle waiting so I was able to test drive the truck within 20 minutes of me arriving. My test drive was great, he provided me where I should drive to get the most out of the vehicle. When I got back and decided to purchase the vehicle, Claude was on point and made the process easy and seamless. Claude was awesome, then I had to move on to the finance manager and we all dread that part but the gentleman I had was great too, im sorry I can’t remember his name. He was a big help getting me a better payment and I was able to get the extended warranty and a few other ideas all way under my top payment point. He was professional and keep the conversation fun and he also made the longest part of the deal feel like it was 10 mins. I’m very thankful and grateful for the awesome experience.
