"I have been taking me 2013 Mercedes to AutoScandia for 2 years now for routine maintenance and they knock it out of the park every time! They don't try to get me to add on things I don't need and I haven't had any issues post car servicing. Recently I had my car towed there at midnight after both tires had popped on the freeway and by 9am the next morning they had called me with update and pricing. The car was ready the next day with 4 new tires. Excellent service would highly recommend!"

"Recently I needed to get my transmission serviced and not being a fan of dealerships I found this place which specializes in German cars. They stay pretty busy so I had to make an appointment. Things went pretty smooth, I got my car back pretty quick in the expected time frame. The tech who worked on my car took the time to clean out the leaves and stuff from the cowl which was a nice touch. Car runs great without any hiccups. My only complaint is that my car was unlocked and left unlocked over night parked outside. How do I know this? My car has an app which lets me check the status of car from anywhere and updates when parked and turned off. My only word of advice to AutoScandia is to make sure the cars are locked when outside. There are too many people who roam around this area checking to see if someone left a car unlocked and then steal what they can. Thankfully nothing was missing out of my car, but if something was missing, good luck getting anyone to take responsibility. Simple details like this can save both customers and the shop a lot of headache."
