"They authoritatively asked for identification when picking up a $7.50 item for an order placed online, even after I provided them with the order number and shown them the order email confirmation on my phone. They claim it's a company policy, are rude, and treat all customers as thieves until proven to them otherwise. As many other reviewers said, stay away, and if indeed it's a company policy, then it's more reason to take your business elsewhere."

"I have been to Fairfax Auto parts many times and have never been disappointed. The quality of their parts IMHO is much better than you would find those chain stores, you know the ones I mean. Andrew is amazing and has given us some great advice on the restoration project my son and I are doing. I hope your experiences are as good as mine!"

"They'll sell you an expensive bad part & won't let you make a return claiming you broke it. This place should be investigated and shut down due to their crooked behavior. This is the worst store I've been to. & trust me I've been doing this my whole life. I have an auto service shop. These guys are crooked criminals & will rip you off. The owner is extremely shallow & seems to be a felon. The workers seem to be felons & on drugs. Very sad but true. Don't get ripped off by these guys. I know they've been ripping innocent people & will continue on doing so & that's exactly why I took the time to write this review. Hope this helps!"
