"Honest business! I took my son's Audi A3 for a break check post the state inspection because we were told that it may need breaks within a couple of months. We were ready to replace the front-end rotors and breaks but a very friendly lady advised me that the work was not needed yet. She said that due to the low mileage/minimal use of the car and the thickness of the breaks, we did not yet need to change the breaks. She messaged that she would like to see us get the full use of the breaks before we spend money on replacing them. I was shocked! Her focus was not on doing the job and taking my son's money.
