"There's a kid that cannot make pizza and wings correctly on Saturdays and Richard, the manager, doesn't work nor does he return calls to apologize to customers. The wings aren't even tossed, just drizzled like we're in paint class, and the pizza wasn't cut properly with just a bunch of cheese bunched into one pizza. The driver was the only one to apologize and understand my frustrations and would share my concerns to Richard. UPDATE, I emailed you and no response."
