"I made an appointment for a state inspection and dropped my car off in the morning. I was told that it would be done that morning if I dropped it off early, which I did. I needed the car later that evening. When I called in the afternoon it was still not done, and I was told that they would get to it first thing in the morning (I needed it to get to work the next day as well). When I called the next day, they said that they wouldn't be able to get to it until the afternoon. They finally called me at 2:30 in the afternoon, so I missed the whole work day. I expected some better customer service, but that was not my experience here."

We pulled over, googled the symptoms and immediately looked for a mechanic. We pulled in around 4pm and they were closing at 5pm. John and Evelyn were so helpful, found us parts, had the parts delivered and stayed late with us to get us taken care of. John fixed our car and we were back on the highway in a few hours. This could have been a much more difficult and dire situation for us. Price was reasonable too for an emergency situation like ours.
