D & L Window Tinting

"Got my white ford expedition tinted here, I had to go back into the shop to pull my car out myself and the whole shop smelled of marijuana as well as the inside of my vehicle. Then I look over the car and on the inside handle of my door is a black smudge of something that was not there before, my car was brand new. I called to ask what I could use to clean the smudge that was not there before and the employees were no help."

"I loved getting tinted at D and L. I went on a Thursday morning around 12pm and they were so fast. I got all my windows tinted in 15% Obsidian minus my front windshield. I wasn’t there for any longer than an hour. The owner was there and took such good care of me along with the rest of the staff. The prices are a lot better than most places too. "Buyer beware. I had to come in 3 times to redo multiple windows because they couldn’t seem to remove the dirt and glue from the prior redos. and after the 3rd visit, the manager said that because of stains I have on my CAR SEAT, he cannot remove the dirt and redo the rear windshield. He then proceeded to exclaim that his work was acceptable and it’s the best I will find in town. He also said we are NOT a detailing service and that little dirt specs WILL be left under the tint. Check the photos below and decide for yourself if this work is “acceptable”. These photos are from WEEKS after installation. My question is, if permanent air/dirt bubbles are acceptable and such a common thing, why not put it anywhere in the warranty or policy to let paying customers know? Oh because you wouldn’t get customers. This is a premium tint as well called “obsidian”. If your looking for a professional tint installation, avoid D&L at all costs."
