"Dishonest. Had one spark plug sleeve threaded into my engine in an easy to access location. I am mechanically inclined so was aware of what the repair entailed. Attempted to bill me for four hours when the car was sitting out front and finished two hours after service began. Employee working the counter was flabbergasted they were caught up in their lie and attempted to negotiate on the hours it took, stating they didn’t know exactly when the car was finished. Do not take your vehicle here. Even if other mechanics in the area may be more expensive, having someone with integrity work on your car is well worth it."
