"I hit something large in the road on Route 95 which ended up popping 2 of my tires (and possibly messing up the rims.) I had my car towed to this shop. The owner & all the workers were friendly. I have what I like to call a “classic” 98 Ford Escort. Lol. She has less than 100,000 miles. Usually if I have to take my car to get work done it takes longer to find old parts & I may be without a car for awhile. I had my car dropped off not long before the shop closed for the night. I was pleasantly surprised that it was fixed the next day by noon! I’ll definitely be taking my car back in the future. I want to thank the shop for helping me out during a very stressful time."

"My family had an amazing experience with this service center. We were in Baltimore just for a day, and were very worried when our car's engine light came on, since we needed to drive 1.5 hours home that evening. It was a Saturday afternoon, and most repair shops were closed for the weekend. We called ahead and went to this place, and the mechanics were able to go purchase the replacement part our car needed and do our repair that same day. They were so friendly and accommodating and they showed great customer service. They were also very timely, efficient, and skilled. The price was reasonable as well. We were very thankful for their excellent service, allowing us to get home!"
