"Stan and Tierney in the Newtown Square PA location store are amazing. They helped me so very much. I couldn't get my return label printed or figure out how to get it off my phone. They walked me through it every step. Was able to print the label in the store and they took care of my package. You have two very competent, friendly, professional employees in them. Please make sure they get a raise, bonus or some kind of appreciation. Sometimes they deal with some customers who are not as nice to them all day long. Thank you! "I needed a letter notarized today on a Sunday. I knew my chances would be slim to none. I called the store and Dan answered and said come right in. When I arrived not only was he helpful but very professional and welcoming. Definitely a pleasure to be greeted and receive the service that we did when we arrived! Dan is The Man!"

"I can't say enough about the service and support at this UPS location. We have a location closer, however we always go to Newtown Square. We have family throughout the west coast and do a fair amount of holiday shipping. Doug always goes above and beyond to help us make sure our gifts arrive on time as well as have helped us efficiently pack up more challenging shipments. We also have used Doug's help with various printing jobs over the year! Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend!"
