"*UPDATE* They actually gave me $75 back which I do greatly appreciate and will update my rating to reflect. That being said the below still applies. Maybe best to avoid. This place came highly recommend, however after having our vehicle for over 7 hours and charging us over $200 (upcharge for extra dirty, which was just some extra stains from the previous owner, and it being a larger vehicle, a small SUV at that) they missed soooo much throughout the entire vehicle it's honestly ridiculous. The headliner had some kind of shaken up soda stains that it seems they only attempted to get half of as they clearly stopped trying towards the front of the vehicle. This wouldn't be a problem if they were actually just too difficult to remove. They told me "if we didn't get it out then it won't come out". Well with a toothbrush, some generic cleaner, and barely any effort at all the stains in the headliner came out no problem. They did a bad job wiping the glass down with streaks and smudges all over. Some areas weren't wiped down at all like behind the rear view mirror and literally just half of the glass on the moon roof. And then there were a variety of stains on the hard plastic throughout the car that I guess they just didn't feel the need to get to, because with a magic eraser I was able to remove them fairly easily (in one of my pics you can see the halfway line where I cleaned with the magic eraser to see the difference) . They also didn't touch the trunk pull out cover in the back at all. The leather seats and the carpets came out great though! Like seriously great. It's a shame they didn't take the same time on the rest of the vehicle. When I called to complain once I realized the severity of what they left behind they offered to have us bring it back in to have them take a look at. Unfortunately we don't live in the area and literally had planned a visit there to have the car detailed at this place. So instead I was able to convince them to refund $25 of the $225 total (less than even just one of the upcharges mind you). So was this detailing worth $200? Absolutely not. I will not be returning to this detailing place and the management clearly needs to both teach his workers how to do a better job, and inspect the final result much closer because this is truly unacceptable"
