Below is the original review which prompted them to reach out for archival purposes. _______________________________________________________________ ⭐⭐ I've had a long-standing positive relationship with Tim's, benefiting from their reputable service and even receiving no-hassle warranty rework in the past. However, my latest experience left me somewhat disappointed. I approached them with specific trouble codes related to my van's transmission, which I had cleared myself. These codes, as I explained, were unlikely to reappear for a significant amount of mileage or numerous upshifts. Despite this, they insisted on a multi-day test drive to diagnose the issue, an approach that seemed unnecessary given the circumstances. My scan tool had already indicated a discrepancy between actual and desired line pressure, a finding they confirmed. Yet, they still charged me $130 for the test drive and diagnostics, which, in hindsight, appears to have been avoidable. Learning that they consulted a transmission shop only after conducting these tests makes me question the efficiency of their diagnostic process in this instance. While I appreciate their past excellence, this experience has prompted me to consider exploring other options for future automotive services, especially if diagnostic work is needed."

"I recently moved here from Florida and was stressed about finding a new and reliable mechanic. Friend of mine who's lived in this area for a while suggested Tim's and I took my car in for the inspection. It required me to get some work done and I have to say that after the whole experience, this is by far above and beyond what I was hoping for. I'm certainly a novice when it comes to cars and whenever I have questions or concerns they never make me feel incompetent or talk down to me. I've gotten to work with a good amount of the staff and they are all friendly, bright and enjoyable to talk to especially Lisa, Katie and Kevin. I must have called Lisa about 100 times the other day and felt like I was such a bother but she was so caring and helpful; she's amazing. I don't know how long I'll end up living in the area but I plan to bring my car here for the foreseeable future without a doubt. They are absolutely the best and do great work as well!"

"Smooth experience with check-up and oil change/filter. Made an appointment online, dropped off vehicle just after 7:30am, received call in the afternoon that it was ready, I waited for my son to get home from work to take me to Tim's, was paying for the service at 5pm without being rushed because they close at 6pm. Staff is always polite and knowledgeable."

"Had a great experience with Tim's! I had taken my car to the dealership for a noise I was hearing in the front of my car. The dealership told me what it was and its would have been almost $2500 to fix. I went to Tim's for a second opinion. I dropped my car off in the morning, and they called me in the afternoon to tell me what the problem was. My issue was completely different then what the dealership told me. The part the dealership wanted me too replace, Tim's told me was perfectly fine. Not only did Tims save me a lot of money, but they had my car fixed before I needed to go to work the next day.
