"The owner can be nice but recently I experienced his evil twin. He replaced my battery and the next day my car was shaking and the check engine light came on. I called him and he yelled ‘bring it in and don’t blame me’ I Came in to retrieve the battery (he conveniently forgot to give back) and he was RUDE & NASTY I never got a chance to tell him the shaking stopped and the check engine light went out. He accused me of trying to get a free ride. HOW? I am a business owner too and have NEVER asked for a discount"
