"Charging $2 to tape a box is ridiculous. Tape is a write-offable business expense and every Amazon return that comes through your store is money in your coffers. Gouging customers is terrible customer service. I'll tape the box next time but I'll also take it to a different store. I used to use this store for more than Amazon returns but I'll take my business elsewhere. I know that's probably not important to this business but I'll feel better."
