"My wife used this store to send our son's Chromebook for a repair covered under warranty. The USP store insisted that she had to buy a return label for the item to be shipped back to the tune of $91. Turns out that they were wrong and return shipping was covered by the warranty and so the return label was not necessary was never used. When she returned to the store hoping for a refund they told her there was noting they could do for her. We thought that was the end of it and gave the store a one star review. However the manager took the initiative to call corporate UPS after hours and arrange for a refund. In the end, they did the right thing and everything was resolved to our satisfaction."
