"My car needed a new rim and tie rod after the old rod snapped. Had my car there for 3 weeks and they seemed in no rush to get it done. I had to call once a week to get updates. They couldn't find a rim so I had to tell them 3 weeks later to just put the spare on the new tie rod. And I found the rim pretty easily once I started looking. My gas cap was gone also. First and last time going to Jan's"

Just straightforward, no slickster bs from him or the young guys that work for him, the prices are good, and they went above and beyond what you’d expect from a mechanic to help me. I’ve just moved to PA, had to do a bunch of car things to move it over: paperwork, inspections, things I didn’t know - they all put their heads together and made the process easy-peasy and fixed a few minor things during my inspection.
