The UPS Store

"Arrived at the store and I was helped by the whole staff in returning a king size mattress by amazon with a “QR” code and the “Customer Packed” option. I thought the return was paid off including the packaging but it doesn’t since on the instructions by Amazon states additional charges made be added. The return option was only through ups. I thought returning this item was going to be overwhelming but the staff made the return easy and convenient. I don’t mind paying since they do such a great job doing so. I always prefer this store than any other store. Exceptional customer experience. They resolved my return quickly and politely. The staff here moves fast no wonder it’s always busy, everyone seems to come back to this store. Continue on being a great business! Anyone who comes to this store is lucky enough to meet these amazing workers. Thanks again"

"I have been to my fair of UPS to do mail and returns and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I understand people have bad days and do not like their jobs but it is very unkind to treat 1 customer different. I was in waiting to return my items when the customer before was doing the same thing. However he was not told to pay 2.50$ because his package was not tapped. Employee number 148020 then proceed to help me with the same unpleasant attitude and immediately told me I have to pay 2.50$ for her to tape the TOP of my box. Only the top. Why was I treated differently and the customer prior not? I am not upset about paying 2.50$ but it’s the fact I have too when someone prior to me didn’t. A code of business ethic was broken here and I will no longer to returning to this establishment."

"This place is absolutely horrible. I understand that these stores are franchise and they’re independently owned, but the staff is trained to nickel and dime you. For example, while returning Amazon package, you will be charged almost 4 dollars for them to print you a label. While on line, I noticed that a woman was trying to return two items that came in bags, and she was told that she had to purchase a box in order to complete her returns. I know this to be incorrect. The UPS store that I would frequent in Fairfax, Near the UFC gym is amazing. Those guys are phenomenal. I have been able to drop off and return packages without boxes or issue, and if a box was required, they would assist in making one. If I needed to print out a return label, they are more than eager to print it out for free. I use the store for everything. Business cards, printouts and I suggest them to everyone. You don’t have to nickel your customers to make sales. I was strongly suggest No one use this place."

"The lines are short, and Ive never had to wait and if so they move quickly. I mostly go for Amazon returns. The store is clean and neat and the staff wear their masks. They also offer tons of other services like printing, P.O boxes, shredding, copying, supplies, and online Testing."
