"Although I had problems with the policy holders insurance company, I had NO PROBLEMS with Dynamic Collisions or any of the people who worked there. Courtney, my rep, was especially helpful and patient with me while I went back and and forth with the insurance company over parts and labor. She explained things well, in a friendly and professional manner. She was usually available but when when she was helping someone else, the other reps in the shop were happy to assist or at least ask if they could. The shop is clean, comfortable, and quiet. The reps are readily available to make sure you’ve been helped and don’t need anything. I like the text message updates on the progress of my car. Most importantly, I like that someone always answers the phone to help. This accident was a hit and run, but if I needed more work done, I’d pick Dynamic over any other collision place. My car looks just as good as it did before the accident. Thank you all for taking care of my car!!!"

"My experience with Dynamic Collision Services and the staff there was so seamless and positive. I was in a car accident and contacted them after reading their reviews and seeing they work with Geico insurance. From the phone calls to the status updates via text, everyone was professional and very kind. I worked with Nick and he kept me well informed and made sure all of my questions were answered. He did a fantastic job on the repairs and my car looks brand new again! They handled all communications with Geico and the rental car company directly. It was a huge benefit that the rental car company picks you up from Dynamic after you bring your car in to be worked on. They also pick the rental car up from the shop when all work is complete. If I need any future work done, I will most definitely work with Dynamic Collision Services again. I can’t recommend them enough! I decided to pay out of pocket instead of through my insurance company. His transparency with the pricing of parts and labor made me even more comfortable.
