"I went in to renew my husbands tags and the lady there wasn’t trying to help what so ever.She was very rude and wouldn’t even try to help me. There were people waiting outside to come in and she basically said I can’t help you now leave I need to help these people. 1. That was beyond rude. 2. It’s her job to answer our questions when we aren’t 100% sure on everything. 3. She wouldn’t even let me finish my Vin number before telling me nope not in our system but mind you I was on the 3rd letter when she told me that so how exactly does she know that my vin wasn’t in the system? That’s make total since. If you want to be talked down and basically pushed to the side with no help then please by all means go there !"

"Less than helpful. This place makes MVA look good. First experience turning in old tags; was told that my tags had already been turned in and that she couldn't do anything with my tags since they've already been turned in(mind you I was holding the tags in my hand). The next day I traveled to Waldorf MVA and my tags were accepted within minutes with no complications???? Strange. Second experience filing for historic plates; called ahead to ask if they did historic plates there, was told they did. After arriving and filling out 15 minutes worth of paper work, was told that she couldn't put historic tags on a car that was already tagged. Didn't make much sense since most cars are tagged that are being switched to historic??? There must have been extra work associated with transferring tags? Anyway, the next day I was in and out of MVA with historic tags in less than an hour with no complications with there being tags currently on the car."
