"I made a visit to this location twice to receive a quote(the first time he was out on a workmans holiday with no notice on the door so a second visit was neccesary) and he was adamant about not giving quotes over the phone and that my vehicle would need to be visually inspected to recieve a quote for anything. Even the cost of the part needed. He also informed me that if I was trying to save money, he was not the shop for me. A few hours later, I received a quote and was informed that they would not use customer supplied parts even if they were OEM. I asked where he got the pricing from the parts from, and he replied and informed me that I was not a good fit for business."

I even consulted with him when he recommended I bring my car to a dealer for some work. And when my car was accidentally damaged while it was parked in his lot he covered the expenses to deliver the car back to me in pristine condition. Couldn’t imagine ever going to another shop. "I dropped my car off at Sisson Street Automotive for service. The owner ran some diagnostics and told me that it would be better for me to go to the dealer for what is most likely wrong. He didn't charge me and even offered to talk to the dealer for me if I want comfortable with what they wanted to do to the car or charge me. I'm impressed. I will definitely return."
