"This is by far the laziest jiffy line i ever seen …the first time I went I got my oil changed no problem I came a hour before they close by the way but this time since i came a hour before they close they chose every excuse in the book to not look at my car … the guy who was at the Register even got smart bc I came a hour before they close like oil changed don’t take 20 mins … I never been too any jiffy lube didn’t want to make money"

"Left work early to come here and get my oil changed. Only to be told 5 minutes into sitting in the waiting room that they’re out of conventional oil and that they only have the more expensive one available which would cost me $20 more….How does a place that changes OIL run out?!? Why should I have to pay more because someone there didn’t do their job in ordering enough to begin with, or is this a scam to make more money off people by not having the cheaper option for them. Good customer service would have been to give me the more expensive oil at the conventional price because this issue wasn’t my fault, but yet I’m the one being inconvenienced now."

"I first went there when my tire light car came on. They were very kind and caring. The mechanic explained to me it was my left tire that was low in air and helped me right away. Today, I went to them for a full synthetic oil change. Everyone was kind and caring. I would highly recommend them for being open and explaining everything that needs to be done thoroughly. "Originally I had a good review here. I didn't care for my experience today. First of all, if there is no line, I'm in and out. It took 30 minutes, and they finished someone's car who came in there after me, and was in there for 10 minutes. That's how long it usually takes me. Then when I asked about it, she told me she didn't know why it took so long. Then when I tried to state it doesn't normally take that long when there's no line, she cut me off and said 27 minutes is not that long. It is for me. I have sciatica and I stand the entire time I'm in there because their seats aren't clean. I didn't care for being cut off. Also, someone else doesn't get to decide what's long for me. Especially by cutting me off when theyre supposed to be providing customer service. She's the only rude one there. She was once rude to me over the phone. Additionally, I wasn't advised the price went up until after. Not much higher and it wasnt a bother to pay, but I wasn't informed until after. Then she saw I felt some type of way about that, and decided to tell me I get free top offs, and asked me did I know. I tried to say yes, I come here to get them, she cut me off again and started repeating herself. Itwas an annoying experience. I don't plan on coming back. Oh, and they clearly didn't vacuum my car like they claim they do. And she almost gave my keys to someone else. Probably because I was supposed to be checked out first."
