"This was my first time at this location. The 2 gentlemen listened to my requests and acted accordingly in a very professional and timely manner. I needed an Oil and Filter and the light bulb on the driver's side need to be replaced. My time at this location was brief. I enjoyed the experience. I would definitely return."

"The guy at the front desk. I can't remember his name, but he was very rude. All I did was ask him a few questions. And he became very rude telling me I'm holding up. The line wasn't no one in line. Trying to push me out the door while I'm questioning him about this price. And what he did to my vehicle when all I ask was oil change that was79$ end up being $400 And instead of him explaining to me. He wanna push me out the way and out the door."

"The service was excellent and quick. I went in on Tuesday morning and was in and out within less than a hour. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The prices could be more competitive (or maybe it’s just inflation costs)."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS I have been a long time loyal jiffy lube customer for years but after this experience, I will never go again. Many mechanic shops have the stereotype of taking advantage of people and scamming you, and this shop proved it to be true. Upon arrival I made two requests. I needed an oil change and I needed diagnostics as my check engine light had come on. Immediately I was given an entire list of things that were wrong with my car. I continued to ask what the check engine light issue was and was told “this is part of it” and that I needed to have this work done to fix the light. Over my time waiting I was continuously told I needed more services, and I continued to say I just needed the light to go off, but was misled to believe that this is what I needed to fix the light. Finally I was told I needed an additional service around $425.00. This was after my total had already reached over $1000.00. I said that I didn’t feel comfortable spending more money and was told my car was ready then. After all of this and paying for all these services my check engine light is still on and I had no idea what is wrong with my car. After this experience I brought my car to a different mechanic. I was informed that the issue was a $15.00 sensor and it would take 5 minutes to replace. Once I checked my receipt, I realized they never even ran diagnostics in the first place. They just made up what they decided might be wrong and misled me in the process. Do not under any circumstances bring your vehicle to these people. They will absolutely prey on your lack of knowledge and the fact that you’re in a bad situation to rip you off."

"Once they was finish with my car they pulled it out the garage and left it in the lot running with the windows down and key in the engine; instead of pulling into a parking spot turning the car off and returning the key.((( Someone could have easily stole my car)))I was still at the window paying which the process should have not took that long. While my car was sitting in the middle of the lot running One window was down so they didn’t wipe it and the windows that was up looked a mess smudged strikes and dirt; like they must have used a dirt rag and wiped them. I do not recommend this location at all."
