Reviews of Rosie's Pizza Restaurant
"I started ordering takeout from here over a year ....in the past year I watched the service decline, the food looks like it came from the dump. Overpriced and tired of even trying with this company anymore. The last meal I just got looks like it sat in a puddle for 15 min then they delivered it to me. Avoid if you don't want to waste your money!"
"This is a great restaurant in a very quiet setting in the country. It has a long history at it's place and has received a makeover prior to the pandemic. The homemade pizzas are always good and the subs and sandwiches excellent."
"It's a true hometown restaurant. The pictures on the walls tell a story of decades in the community. The pizza was really some of the best I've had. We were on a trip and didn't find Rosie's until our last day, but we would definitely have gone back again to try more of their delicious food. Highly recommend."
"My wife and I stopped at Rosie's on the way home from fishing at Muddy Run. (I had passed by several times, but never stopped.) We were greeted by our server Felicia, who was wiping down booths. We just missed the lunch specials, (11:00-2:00) but plan on going back for them. I ordered a medium cheese steak and added mushrooms. My wife ordered a medium Italian sub and added mayo. We decided to split an order of cheesesteak fries minus the cheddar cheese. Felicia brought our food to our table, hot and as ordered. Felicia was also attentive to when our drinks needed refilled. My cheesesteak was delicious and the cheesesteak fries were awesome. The fries are meant to be shared, but we still brought some home. My wife said her sub was the best she has had in a long time and she only managed to eat half, along with some fries. Rosie's was very clean throughout and had a little village with a train that little kids can operate. (See pic) Felicia told us they have live music some Friday nights and they also offer outdoor seating. Guney is the owner and I don't usually mention them, however he did check on us and made sure our needs were being met. Guney also doesn't charge his servers fees for tips on credit cards, something I've learned a lot of owners do. That is the reason I tip cash."
"Great hole in the wall eatery, which you can miss if you're not paying attention on the road, as it sits alone far back from the road. I was traveling through the area, suddenly got hungry and happened to see it. It's a cute small little pizza shop with a nice size outdoor patio for dining in during the summer months. I ordered a southwest chicken salad to go. The salad was large with generous portions of chicken and chipotle sauce, which was tasty n had a good kick. Chicken was a little dry bit not alot. Salad was fresh. Really good price for the size of the salad. Salad came with two rolls, which were soft and delicious! The team who took my order were friendly and happy to chat while waiting for the food. The ambience was unique inside with a train set (pictured), fish tank, and arcade game. Would definitely go back if I'm in the area."
