"Overcharged to plug a tire. Charged me $40. Ridiculous price. Should’ve be $15-$20. I asked the guy why, he said he has to get compensation for getting his hands dirty and if he did it, he would charge more. Never going back there and was a waste of money."

"I only interacted with one employee so perhaps that is not a full reflection of the shop, but I had an unpleasant, unfriendly experience. Called ahead, then arrived to ask about replacing a flat tire. The employee at the front desk said next to nothing, only mumbled, and just silently handed me a sheet of paper stating it would be about $200 to replace a single tire without explaining why. I declined to go forward with the service, but the employee did thankfully put some air in my tire to get me home, which was appreciated. However on my way out the door this employee quite rudely insisted that I “hurry up!”. Yeah, I won’t be back here for service. I went to Tires Unlimited shortly after and received much friendlier, more comprehensive service."

"My experience was great. The man at the front desk and the other man that was assisting us were both polite, friendly and professional. My car was done on time and I was very satisfied with the overall experience."

"They tried to rip me off for work they didn’t do. They will take advantage of you for the simplest thing. I dropped off my tire and went to pick it up the next day. They didn’t start working until I showed up the next day. Had to wait and hour and no one spoke to me with any respect. In the end they billed me for the labor of inspecting my car and installing the tire, which they did not do. I felt completely taken advantage of. If I didn’t have personally experience in this business they would have charged me DOUBLE. Do not patronize this business for any reason. There are better and locally owned businesses of integrity on the same block."

Well let me tell you, we hit the jackpot! The manager DJ worked us right in and the technician Sean clearly explained the situation. They both worked efficiently and delivered premium service and repair with kindness, respect and smiles. Experience with this shop was over the top excellent and we are so grateful to have found our new trustworthy repair establishment!"
