"These guys provided superb service. They came out to my home and did the windshield replacement. There was a clerical error that provided me with a windshield that was for an earlier model of my car. The technician had to come back but I was charged the original agreed to price, even though the correct windshield was more expensive. The technician was kind and professional. He even moved my trash cans to enter my driveway (trash pickup was that morning.)"

"I'm so incredibly disappointed in the service from this company. I had my windshield replaced last Wednesday and came out to car on Sunday to find the rear view mirror dangling by wires. I called and they sent someone out this morning who said the problem was fixed and wouldn't you know it -- I came out this afternoon to find the same issue. I called and the Supervisor admitted that the brand of windshield they have been buying has been an issue and they have received several complaints. If you are aware of a problem, why do you keep ordering from the vendor? I am now headed on day 3 of this madness"
