"I ordered my husband a chicken habanero Sub for delivery and instead he got these little pieces of chicken that were cold by the time they got there, I told autumn on the phone multiple times I wanted a chicken habanero Sub and even asked to make sure it came on a Sub. When we called to get it fixed their employee Autumn gave me a phone number to “cooperate” that was 0 help and just told me to call the store that offered 0 help to resolve the issue. She didn’t offer to fix the order and deliver the correct food, she didn’t offer a refund, she said “there’s nothing that we can do”. If you call to place an order I’d make sure you speak very clearly and slowly to Autumn or ask for someone else to place your order."

"The acting manager on 1-3-24 Autumn has such a an attitude that girl needs out of there. Not only did they mess up my order but when I called to complain about it and fix it I was told it’s my fault and there’s nothing they will do.. the food also took 40 plus mins (cold on delivery) and after being hung up on they said I can talk to their manager this evening at 5. Disgusting food service from disgusting people in a disgusting place.."

"First time getting pizza from this location. I ordered the deal on 2-17-2023 for 6.99 if you bought 2 or 3 items. I used the website and didn't have any issues with ordering. I ordered the medium 2 topping, 8 Boneless wings, and garlic knots. I didn't have any problem finding a parking spot. When I got there it was ready and the staff was very friendly and nice. The deals they had going on were very good deals. I also got a 3 dollar off my next purchase since I picked it up, which was nice. The pizza was good but a little overdone for my taste. The boneless wings were amazing. The garlic knots were good. Overall, it was a very good experience, the food was good and a great deal. We will order again. I think we would order more boneless wings than garlic knots. I was very happy with the purchase but I would suggest the pizza not be cooked as long. In Dubois there are a lot of pizza places and it is very competitive. I will order it again. They were really busy, and things happen, no biggie, but I can't give 5 stars due to the pizza. I would recommend giving them a try, and you get a coupon for picking it up. No one does this, and it's pretty cool they do."
