"In response to the horrible review left . I would like to follow up . The customer supplied his own engine therefore no warranty on labor or parts on customer supplied parts . Johnson repair did everything asked to do engine swap for customer even going above and beyond by letting the customer use their trailer to haul the car to the dealership and paying tolls that were acquired . Also the customer leaving the bad review never showed up in small claims court to present his case . Johnson repair service has learned a valuable lesson we no longer install customer supplied parts . We take pride in our family owned and operated business and appreciate all of our customers ."

"I had my motor replaced in my 2017 Infiniti q50. They had my car for 3 months. They couldn't get my car to start so they pushed it outside and gave up. They destroyed my wiring harness. They never put the torque converter bolts in among many other bolts. All my coolant lines were run to the wrong place. When I ask for their insurance info to try and get the damage to my car repaired of course there was no answer. Plus the woman in the office kept try to over charge me even though the work was never complete. I made the mistake of paying up front so I can't get any of my money back without go to court. Place is a joke."
