"I went with a friend and we split an order of breadsticks + we each got a personal pan pizza. The service was prompt and the food came out nice and warm - the breadsticks were especially good, with generous garlic & cheese - so no complaints there. The inside still looks like it's the 90s, which is not at all a complaint; it was a nice bit of nostalgia to go with a tasty meal! We'll definitely be back for more."

"Ordered a pan pepperoni pizza with bacon and recieved thin crust with bare spots and only 2 slices having bacon and cheese. When going to pick up my pizza the worker was not wearing gloves and was using his bare hands to grab toppings to put on the pizzas. I asked him to please put on gloves because he had pulled his pants up and touched non food items and then went back to sprinkle cheese on top of a pizza he was putting in the oven. He refused to put on gloves and said it is company policy to use bare hands and that corporate will verify this. Absolutely disgusting to know that he was proud of not wear gloves. I threw my pizza away when I got home because I redeemed it for free so no refund was needed. I will never eat at this location again."

"Scrolling and looking at all the reviews below and it's clear to me why the service is bad. The manager here "Chris" with the dreads... Is terrible. Horrible attitude and doesn't help his staff or customers. He needs to go. The other gentleman named Christopher with an Afro is running this place by himself. Whoever owns this place should make a change. Hopefully the Christopher with the dreads doesn't own it because it will remain empty in here."

"Today, this service was terrible. Here's why, first of all we ordered 3 pizzas, 2 cheese bread sticks and season fries. we ordered it around 6:25-6:30 pm and it was supposed to be ready around 20-25 mins. We used on the app and we also ordered for a curbside , and the app told us that it was ready but when we arrived, so many people pulled in and the place was very busy today but the employees managed to give the people who just ordered their stuff first before us and we have been waiting for a good more than an hour. We even called them to let them know that we are there to pick our stuff up and they said they will bring it but 15 minutes later , never bring it to us so my mom went in there and the manager told my mom that we have wait more longer . My mom even asked her why put on curbside an option if no one will show up. So after that conversation we waited for 20 more minutes. That is very unprofessional because they cannot even manage the time for everyone's orders. We even gave them the tip and everything but still can't do their job right? What's even more unprofessional, when someone came outside and they were walking with our stuff we ordered. They knew that it is ours but she walked passed by to some car in-front of us and she didn't check with us first. At the end of the day the food is good but my fries are cold from all that wait but it's fine. We won't be coming back after all of this."

"Placed an order around 8:25 PM for my stuffed crust pizza and it said it'll take about 25-35 minutes for my food to get to me, it's 10:04 PM and my food hasn't arrived yet. I tried calling this place many times and they never answered my phone calls. This place needs to do better!"
