"Had the BEST experience at Gus's this past weekend, absolutely 10/10. We were visiting from out of state and traveling a long trek from Ohio to Connecticut when our car broke down in PA. We were towed to Gus's and he took us in right away, which was a relief considering our situation and the stress of the last several hours. He got to work right away. While waiting, his wife, Nicole, chatted with us and made us feel at home. She was great answering questions and was overall so kind and accomodating. It took Gus hardly 30 minutes to figure out what the issue was and they had a part delivered nearly simultaneously. Once arriving to the shop it took less than an hour to have the car evaluated and back to working like new. We felt like a miracle had just struck, truly! We were back on the road headed home. I'm writing this long review because this is a great family business and if our car ever broke down in the middle of PA again, we'd go right back to Gus's (but let's hope it doesn't happen again, lol).
