"Placed a pick-up order by phone. Couldn’t understand the person on the phone so asked to speak to someone else. When I got there, a guy gave me my order and told me I owed $27. I handed him 2-20’s and he said I had to wait. He went behind a wall and a lady appeared. I am still holding the 2-20’s out and she just looks at me. I finally get irritated and told her to take the money and give me my change, which she finally did. Got home and they made and charged me for a large T&C when I ordered a medium. Won’t ever go back there!"

"I got hurt on the job today. I'm in a lot of pain and I can't walk. I got home and decided to call my "GO TO PLACE PIZZA HUT". On the app I put in my order at 5:11 pm. It's now 8:30 pm, I've called the store numerous times, no answer, I called Corporate and the lady I spoke to was very nice but she only could take my information. My wife had to leave and drive to the store that prepared the food. I love Pizza Hut but this is ridiculous. My family and I waited this long and no one called or anything, not even to apologize and/or remedy this delay."

"Absolutely the kindest cashier/ manager! This pizza hut has the best customer service, food is always great and always ready when it should be. The last time I was here was 8-23'23 around 7:15pm. The 2 young ladies working were absolutely fantastic. Thank you for being so kind while also being great at your job."
