One customer was looking for his receipt in his phone and Khalil made the decision to ask him to step to the side while he looked and continued to help customers. He seemed to be working by himself while the other guy was working in the back but the wait short. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes!!!"

"This is my favorite UPS they get you in and out everyone is very nice. The store is also neat and organized. Nico was very pleasant to work with. He had a really good demeanor and temperament also very friendly. I was there for notary services as well and Ama was great very personable and friendly! We called her ahead, and she remember talking to my mother on the phone. She helped me took her time didn’t rush through the process and made sure the document was filled out correctly. This is a hidden gem, it makes me not dread going to UPS! Happy to have a decent location close to home."

"Had a large package that was really time sensitive to get out. Came into this store and there was two employees, myself and a couple getting a passport done for their baby. The young lady assisted me as well as she could but wasn’t knowledgeable enough to assist me without asking her co-worker questions. She had to go to him 3 times and each time his face would frown up, either at her because she couldn’t assist me by herself or because he was having a bad day. I even said that I can wait, no rush even if this process took an hour because I really need to get it done today. We’re also only feet away from each other and he’s passing cranky messages thru her to me instead of just saying it directly to me, which would have took seconds. Basically said they didn’t have a box to fit it in the end. I had to go 15 miles over to Alexandria, Va.(Dukes Street) and was there for approximately 10 minutes and was shown the 30x30x18 box that was needed for my item and they took it and packed and shipped with no issues at all. The Maryland location never said they just don’t have the box I need in stock. She looked up places and said I could try Home Depot, Lowe’s, Staples, Michael’s, etc. Hate to say it but certain areas get better service. Again the young lady was helpful but not knowledgeable but the older guy chose not to be courteous, kind nor helpful."

"Hands down the best UPS in the area. Great customer service from the team every time I come to this location. The woman helped me with a mistake I made with my amazon return. I had a heavy package and one of the men met me at the door to carry it in for me. I wish I got their names but the team working the afternoon of Fri Oct 13th- you're the best. Thanks for making my experience a great one."
