"Thank God this place exists they’re very nice and helpful and they’re usually very patient with me and it’s a great place to scan documents and to do anything you have to do .Forget about Staples. This is the place to go. You can use their computer you can send stuff by FedEx. I think you could even send stuff instead of going to the post office. This is an asset to an area that’s like a desert as far as retail. I’ve seen some reviews say that the people are rude. Seems like certain customers have a chip on their shoulder and expect to be treated a certain way, they feel entitled .The world doesn’t work like that. These people are really nice."

"I'm not sure what's going on with the new service that I received lately in this place but the service has gone down hill lately to the point that I will be moving on where I will receive customer service and not attitude, mis inform when my deliveries arrive etc..."

"This place is horrible the worst customer service I've ever experienced. THEY LOST MY PACKAGE that contained very sensitive information. Not to mention... while the store clerk was looking for my package they had someone else's package under a box with a surprise look talking about oh there it is... all kinds of wrong!!!!! I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he or she will not be in until the afternoon. THEY NEED TO FIND MY PACKAGE!!!! I've open a investigation with FedEx"
