"Stop reading this. No really, stop! You see the only thing wrong with Knollwood is that too many people know how great they are to work with. The shop is led by people with a combination of competence and a willingness to genuinely look out for their customers. In my case, that included their suggestion that I go to a shop specializing in exhaust work for part of my needs. That saved me about 2/3 of what I would have had to pay Knollwood because of their ability to weld in a generic catalytic converter instead of replacing a large assembly. The only (other) reason I've occasionally taken a vehicle elsewhere is that because so many people know how good they are, it can take several days to get an appointment. So, if you ignored my advice and kept reading, I guess you're now one of those people. Oh well, see you at Knollwood, I guess. :-)"
