Thank you UPS for always doing something to help me. I understand you may hate your job but no need for the extra comments and attitude. Will not come here again.."

"The staff of this franchise location doesn't seem to care about the Amazon return customers. Not sure what kind of cooperate deal/contract they have, but the person there made it loud and clear that if I am just "shipping" Amazon returns, he doesn't care if the packages get lost or damaged because he didn't "ship" them. I understand that these stores probably don't make much on the returns. However, if this is their own business, they should treat all customers equally, and treat Amazon returns as opportunities to grow their business, not nuances."
