"3 years ago I bought a truck. I went to get the title transferred and get it registered. Did all the paperwork. Later I realized I never got a registration card. Multiple calls back and forth between compass and Harrisburg all telling me different things. Since it's been so long I had to start the process all over again. One problem.. never got a title. Went back to put in a request for another one. Weeks go by.. nothing. I get it, Harrisburg can be slow. I wait a couple more weeks, still nothing. I go back and ask what's going on. The guy has no idea. Said he can put in the request again. Ok fine. More weeks go by and still nothing. I go back to see what's going on again. He said he can look to see if the title was sent and would give me a call when he got an answer. Its been 3 weeks now and never got a phone call. I go somewhere else to see if they can help me. They pull up everything and turns out nothing was sent to begin with. Absolutely no trace of money or paperwork. Only go here if you want to waste your time and get robbed."

"Owner showed determination not to change his attitude or position after I explained and showed him the new laws in PA. He refused to do sign of title transfer for no reason other than being stubborn. as of April 2020 PA allows title transfer via electronic transaction in response to Covid-19 or in other words you can do some of the process over the phone if someone can't be present but you still have enough info. I looked up these official documents with old man owner on his computer, read it with him out loud, but after explaining this and he still refused to do any business because both parties were not present for a physical signing. i was a duel owner and was with the buyer, with my ID and the other ID on hand, but he refused to do business because "he doesnt want to loose his job". the owner is stuck in the past with old ways, was rude, slow to get to the counter. unless you want some bad CBD dog treats or to get a hard time for no reason, id take your business elsewhere cause this place stinks."

I will not go anywhere else to transfer a title. It doesn't hurt that the building is beautiful; it is an old post office. Prices are competitive and service is fast."
