"A few days ago, I realized by car had become victim to the viral TikTok trend in regard to stealing Kias. However, whoever attempted to steal mine could not get it started, they just absolutely destroyed my steering column. I called Buzzy and explained the situation. He told me he is more than willing to come get my car but referred me to another towing company that was closer and therefore would be cheaper. On top of that, he had me send him a photo of the damage to the steering column so he could assess the damage to see if there was anyway to get the car started and avoid towing altogether. Then, when I called the towing company he recommended, they didn't pick up, so he called them himself to get ahold of them! Buzzy truly went above and beyond in more than one way for me."
