They were so patient with a customer who needed help finding a barcode. It was so sweet to watch Aurora help. Another customer had to leave for a second Namim respected her belongings. Working around her things to not move or touch it. Great staff"

"I had EXCEPTIONAL service from Yosef Hamdi. I usually go to the FEDEX closer to my house in the Safeway Plaza on Nutley St and the service there is awful and they overcharge for everything. I stopped in for the first time to the UPS Store on maple Ave, Store 0518, and I have to say, Yosef was great! Helped me with everything, was very pleasant and helpful, and the price was a lot better than it would have been at Fedex! A very good experience. I highly recommend this UPS store"

"Great experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff that goes out of their way to be helpful. I had a label that I couldn't seem to print because I needed a "Thermal Printer." I thought it was a UPS label but it turned out to be a USPS label... they printed it for me nonetheless and were very helpful, even taking the package, wrapping it up and putting it in the mail. A+"

"I used this location to have a document notarized and was pleasantly surprised with how fast the process was! The appointment time says that it’s a 30 minute appointment, however, I walked in, was seen pretty quickly, and had my document notarized within 10-15 minutes. The general manager notarized my document and was helpful with answering my questions regarding the process."
