"The manager was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable about leaving my car with Mr. Tire as this was my first visit to that location. I was told about what I was looking at for services if needed and my car was finished in a timely manner. Recommendations were made without pressure and my car was well taken care of. I will definitely be back at that location for future services and will recommend them to anyone looking for car services. Keep up the great job and excellent customer service."

"Went to have two new tires mounted. The second one in at opening. They had two guys working and nothing left over from the day before. I waited 2.5 hours for this service after a 1.5 I went to see how far along they were and the guy was just starting. I watched and I must say out to lunch . Looked like it was his first day in the job. Service is lacking terriblely two other customers had similar problems as well. Don't go here DON'T!!"

"I had the first appointment at 8 am to get 4 new tires and an alignment. The tires were in stock and no additonal parts or items had to be ordered. No one else aside from myself and the two workers were in the building. It took 3 hours and 14 minutes with only $75.00 discount. Not recommended!"

"Mechanic named Igor was extremely negligent in taking care of my car. I had to come back twice due to a rushed job and neglecting to fully test drive my car. Just bringing it up to a mere 40mph would have revealed that my rotors were still fixed. Also, he left oil marks on my swat. I am now responding to the "Response from the owner": I decided to take up Mr. Tire on their offer of having me call them to give more details...Well, after 1 hour and 32 minutes I was tired of being on hold, so I finally hung up. When I first got on the call, the person said that I was 4th in line. Another update: despite the fact that I purchased 2 new tires and they were aligned, the alignment is already off."

"The staff was awesome! I was scheduled via phone for weekend service immediately even though they were busy. I was greeted with a smile and fresh coffee (which I desperately needed) at 7:30 am. Gordon is usually in to take care of me but I had the pleasure of meeting Bernie (who is DEFINITELY a morning person lol) and Will is always on point - takes care of my baby! Quick, friendly, genuine. That’s why I always come back."
