"Complete unsatisfied with the experience I had here the lady who helped was very unwelcoming when we arrived. Very short with her response to our questions. Notary states on board that is $5 for a notary but when done cost $35 which is fine but nothing was explained. And then had an attitude when asked why it cost what it did as if we were suppose to know . Overall will never use there services again. Do better an treat customer right. I now see why their rating is what it is."

"Be advised, the agency is now in the DMV Building right next to the McDonalds. It's no longer at the strip mall. - Now my review. I needed to submit papers for a plate on a motorbike. I was there maybe 35 minutes. The girls at the desk were very pleasant and kind and got the job done quickly. Now I am just waiting on PennDot. =)"

"Worse place ever!!!!! Went to transfer my deceased fathers car, i was there 3 times, they kept telling me i needed more paperwork. I went some where else and they did it in 15 min ,with the paperwork i had. Yurconic Agency is a waste of time!!!!!!!! If I could give negative stars, I would. Stay away from this place!!!!!! Looks to me, after reading all of these reviews , that your workers at the front desks , are NOT doing a very good job for you. they are rude and not very knowledgeable."
