"Still no pizza after 2 hours. Flat out lied when we called after an hour to see where it was. They said it was on its way should be arriving momentarily. 30 min later still no pizza… called back. Then they said they misplaced the order. Will never order from here again."

"Let me paint you a picture, I've been out since 6am and it's 9:10pm, barely ate anything all day and just got out of a recital so I'm tired. I ask for something quick and I'm recommended a Italian cold cut so I get with mainly all the fixings and they make it in like 60 seconds, kitchen having the time of their life. This Italian sub was what I needed and the staff dealing with my tired self who can barely speak. Great place, support these guys. I'm enjoying this sub in my car as I type my review."

"This place has really good food overall. I put 3 stars because I got a cheeseburger sub and it tasted exactly like a cheesesteak not a big difference. It all has the same taste I dont know if the seasoning or how they cook the meat but either way you cant miss. I cant eat them often its a once in awhile place for me. But im still going to try the pizza I heard it was really good"

"Just ordered pizza, subs, fries, and fountain drinks (as that was the offer with the sub special). They took a while to deliver but I tried to be patient. They finally arrive and the soda (the sprite) has black particles floating inside the lid. Ok, I call and report it. They offer a store credit. I can't do that as I'm not sure when I'll be ordering again...or if at all. It was like a full back and forth, plus them hanging up at least once, to get something as simple as a refund for the soda. I don't think every problem can be avoided but the measure of good service is how well you handle your patrons when you do mess up. Let's just say they didn't do a good job. The pizza however was good, a bit sweet, but I liked it. The food was ok but the service can be better. With so many local places to choose from you really should treat your patrons well to keep them loyal."
