"After getting a shipping quote to send an item out at $22.## on one day, I came back the next day with the same item, in the same box, and realized I needed to get a box that had about .5-1” more depth. Had they told me that the box would be too small the day before, I would have brought a different one. The shipping quote jumped up to $50, plus $20 for the box and the labor involved in putting a one-piece 20” long item into the box. I never had an issue at the other UPS store locations, and I would gladly go back to the other stores first."
"They are friendly when you are standing in front of the them but I have tried to call there for two days repeatedly. NO ANSWER. I have left messages to confirm they rec’d the bar codes for returns so I can send my husband out with the packages. How hard is it to answer the phone or return a call. I would say that is part of running a business. Please look into this issue"
