"i was very very disappointed by by highly rated place. I just needed simple state inspection done. I was told if I drop my car off early in the morning, it would be done quickly, so took my morning time off from my work and drop off my car at 9 am expecting someone to call me before noon. No one calls by 1pm, so I called to check on my car, and found out they have not touched the car but said it would be done within an hour. I waited until 2:30pm and still did not get any updates, so I called again, found out, still NO ONE TOUCHED my car. I had to take my car back from the spot I left my car in the morning. Whole day had been ruined., and It didn't seem like they respect my time at all. I don't they only want to take high $$$ jobs, just like typical other auto repair shops. I would not come back to this place for any of my needs, and would not recommend to any of my friend & family."
