"Terrible service .They had my vehicle for 2 months .After 1 month i called to find out what the problem was and never heard back.I called again and he apologized for the delay and said it should be done by the end of the week.3 weeks later i get a hand written letter on my door saying my vehicle is ready for pick up.2 days later i get another note on my door saying if i don't pick up my vehicle it will be towed.They kept my vehicle for 2 months and they are going to tow it after 3 days ?I never received one phone call as to an update or progress of work done They also were given my email address and i never received a message .When i picked up my vehicle they had no information on me or my vehicle and told me my bill was x amount with no breakdown of what was done.My vehicle was never locked when i went to get in it and they left me with a tire that was practically flat.Dave ,how can you still be in business with service like this?"
