"I only can give two stars at this point. The paperwork part was made very easy and kamila was very helpful as well as the other lady that helped with two late returns. Everything was great till it came time to pay for the fileing fees. I payed for my first return and during the second payment I was told I entered in my card code wrong after I had seen the confirmation screen and was asked to run my card through without thinking to check my bank first. I was charged twice almost $200 that I didn't have. Then when I go back I'm told the computer generated a third invoice and I have to wait for them to contact their HR to resolve this issue."
