"I've dropped packages here several times... including international deliveries. Packages have always made it where they needed to go undamaged. Staff could be a bit friendlier but I wouldn't consider a convenient place to ship fedex to be a racket... although to be fair I always print my labels at home and just drop the packages off so I don't know anything about their fees."
