"My kids had a lot of fun. Very crowded but it was a good time. All games, no play place. They did have a salad bar (I believe $14)."

"They upgraded the whole place and it's just great. They got rid of the stage and put in large TVs. The seating areas are more comfy and clean. New games. New ticketing system. Only downfall is that you need over 1000 tickets in order to get something cool, otherwise your child has to pick from the small candy or toy selection. For $30, you get 1 hour of play time and of course there are other play time options from 30 min, 2 hours, etc. I've never done it by points because each game costs a specific amount of points, so if you go, I would suggest to do it by the hour. The only other downfall is that they are hardly staffed. That could be due to the volume of business but still, to wait over 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to order a pizza is too much. As for the food, I love me some chuck e cheese pizza. That garlic crust....hmmm hmmm. Rainy day? Perfect spot."

"Thank you Melanie for making my daughters 2nd birthday special. Our birthday host was so sweet, had a lot of patience. All the staff made sure we were taken care of & had everything we needed. Definetly a great experience for a kids party. Thank you Chuck E. Cheese"

"We attended a friend’s party and it was a bit chaotic. The machines seem louder than the kids and some did not work. The salad bar was messy and unappealing. The soda machine area was messy. As time approached for the birthday celebration, staff were scrambling to get together. The staff energy when celebrating the kids birthday wasn’t very enthusiastic. They rushed from table to table to meet and greet the kids with the mascot. We asked for wings and the staff refused to order us more because we only had 20 minutes left to our party. She told us to get it ourselves because she cant give us a buzzer for the party. Instead in those 20 minutes left into the party, the staff came over to our table asking us to pack our things to move over to the regular booth chairs/tables. While we were sitting down eating cake and food. Which was very inconsiderate considering the fact it was a paid service. Our party wasn’t even over ten people. My two year old daughter wanted to ride the helicopter ride. It became stuck in the air with her sitting in it. I walked up to a young lady with redd hair and piercings and explained to her my daughter was stuck on a ride in the air. She made a face like it was an issue. She never came to address or get my daughter down. Meanwhile I am 7 months pregnant getting her down. Then I see the young lady leaving for break or for the rest of the day pretending to act like she did not see me or asked her for help a few minutes ago. It was overall chaotic the music and machines are very loud. The service was terrible and everything was a rush. Machines were broken or getting stuck."

"Took my 3yo son for his first Chuck E. Cheese trip today. This location was recently renovated and they have a wide variety of games that make it fun for all ages. We opted to purchase 2 play cards which we put an hour of unlimited play on each. So much better than the old way with tokens and tickets to have to carry around. Pizza was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend to enjoy a fun time on a rainy weekend."
