"I had Mr. O’Malley as my divorce lawyer. He didn’t turn in one piece of paperwork to the courts or even give me the proper steps I needed to take. To the point where I got a default noticed. I turned it in to him. He said he would handle it. I called for 2 months straight twice a week with no return phone call or appointment set. He miss represented me to the point where I got a default divorce decree. As if I didn’t have any representation and was never notified of my hearing.
