"I usually go to Leonard’s when I need something notarized. Today was the last time I will go to this location. The second I walked in the door, I got hit with a cigarette smoke smell. It was awful and not good for someone with asthma. I was in there for about 5 mins but it was 5 mins too long as I ended up having a very bad asthma attack. That’s how strong the smell was. The lady behind the desk (Kathleen) was extremely rude and nasty. I don’t think I’ve ever met anyone as nasty as her. I will go to the Scranton office from now. Stay away from this location. Especially if your asthmatic or have any kind of respiratory issues."

I really thought I was on a hidden camera show when I first walked in. Everything from this lady’s appearance, hygiene to the way she was talking to me was completely ridiculous. I can’t believe that a business owner would employ someone like her. I’ll never do business with them again."
